Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Lino Clothing does not offer cash refunds, unless the order is cancelled within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Lino Clothing will only provide the option of exchange for size, made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Lino Clothing is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product at contactus@lino.co.in within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you a exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.
  • All returns are subject to verification by our team at Lino Clothing.

We are restrictive with the returns/exchange policy as we are a small venture focused on providing the finest quality product.

We are more than happy to assist you in enabling you to make the right purchase. Please write to us at contactus@lino.co.in for any assistance required during the purchase.

Cancellations Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it by sending us an email at contactus@lino.co.in with the order number.

  • If the product(s) have not been packed or shipped, we will process the cancellation, and for prepaid orders, the net order value will be refunded via online transfer.
  • If the product(s) have already been packed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. However, you may choose to return the product, and for prepaid orders, you will receive a credit note for the net order value, valid for three months.

As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds. We appreciate your understanding.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept Lino Clothing’s cancellation policy, and agree that all decisions regarding cancellations will be at the sole discretion of Lino Clothing.

Exchange Policy and Process

At Lino Clothing, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an Exchange Policy to assist you.

Eligibility for Exchanges

1. Size exchanges can be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Products must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.

3. Items purchased during sales or using discount coupons are eligible only for size exchanges/ Store Credit*.
4. Customized or altered products are not eligible for exchanges.

Exchange Process

1. Please email us the request for a size exchange at contactus@lino.co.in .

Once your exchange request is approved by us through an email, we request you ship the product to us at:

39/06, Bharti building, Manikrao Lotlikar Marg, behind Don Bosco school, Matunga, Mumbai 400019.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable or non-adjustable against the order value.

Please share with us the tracking details of the product being sent back to us over an email at contactus@lino.co.in.

Once the product(s) is received at our facility, we will acknowledge the same.

Upon inspection of the product(s), we will notify you if the exchange is approved or not.

If approved, we will ship the other product to you, else issue a store credit note.

If rejected, we will ship the product back to you (only 1 delivery attempt will be made).

Please note, for

1. Size Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us at
    contactus@lino.co.in within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is unavailable,
    we will issue a Store Credit* for the value of the product.

2. Other Exchanges:

·       Exchanges for a different product/style will be allowed only if the product(s) originally ordered are out of stock.

*Store credit note will be issued only once the product passes a quality check upon receipt to us at the above address.

Quick Resolution Promise
We strive to process all exchanges and store Credit within 48 hours of receiving the
returned product at the above address.

Important Notes

  • Products purchased using discount coupons or during sales are only eligible for size
    exchanges or store Credit. Refunds are not applicable
  • Lino Clothing reserves the right to decline exchanges/issuing store credits if the product does not meet quality standards.
