Shipping policy
We endeavor to dispatch all products ordered within 7 working days after the order has been placed. Lino Clothing is responsible for each order in transit until it is delivered to you.
There are no shipping charges on prepaid orders above INR 5000. We offer free delivery on all orders within India. However, for prepaid orders below INR 5000 or Cash on Deliver (COD) we charge a nominal shipping fee.
We have tied up with some of India's leading delivery companies.
Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location and services of our logistic partners. However we endeavor to deliver orders within 7-9 working days ( Business days excluding public holidays)
Once the order is shipped, we will communicate to the customer the shipping details via mail for easy tracking.
· An order once shipped cannot be cancelled.
· Please do not accept any deliveries if the package(s) is damaged or the seal is broken.
· Our delivery partners may insist on an OTP at the time of delivery to ensure that the merchandise is delivered to the correct person.
1. How can I track my order?
You can track your order by following the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
2. What about shipping on "Made to Order" items?
"Made to Order" items may have extended delivery times. Please reference the shipping details on the relevant product page for expected delivery times on made to order items.
3. How do I change my shipping address?
Before placing your order on Lino Clothing, you can change the shipping address directly in your shopping cart. Within 3 hours of placing your order, please contact contactus@Lino.co.in and we will do our best to change it before your order ships. After this 3 hour window, we unfortunately can no longer change the address.
4. I received a notification that my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it!
If your package was marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please wait 48 hours before contacting us. In most cases, a carrier marks a package as delivered prematurely, and the package will arrive within 48 hours. In some cases, the package was delivered to a neighbor or placed in a different mailbox. If you can, please ask your neighbors if they have seen the package before contacting us. If you still have not found the package, please email us at contactus@Lino.co.in, and we will let you know of next steps.
