  • SHIPPING POLICY

    A flat shipping charge of INR 100 is applicable pan India, for order value less than INR 5000 or cash on delivery (COD). Free shipping on prepaid orders, where order value is above INR 5000.

    Our general delivery time is 10-12 business days. 

    If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments.

    The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

  • CUSTOMS & DUTIES

    International shipping is flat INR 2500 anywhere in the world. Delivery timeline is approximately 3-4 weeks. Any custom charges have to be borne by the customer. Unfortunately international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

  • RETURNS & REFUND

    Crafting each piece involves a labour of love, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and quality. Every product undergoes a rigorous inspection to guarantee excellence. While we strive for perfection, we understand that occasionally, size preferences may differ.

    As a company policy we do not provide refund/return on any product once sold. However, the product can be exchanged for a bigger or a smaller size, based on the terms listed below. In case the desired size for the product is not in stock, the customer will be issued a credit note.

    If you'd like to exchange your product, please write to us at orders.linoclothing@gmail.com with your order number. Our team will assist you at the earliest. 

    • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. Please share with us the tracking details of the product being sent back to us over an email. The order needs to be shipped on the following address: 39/06, Bharti building, Manikrao Lotlikar Marg, behind Don Bosco school, Matunga, Mumbai 400019.
    • We will not accept exchange requests any later than 3 days after the delivery of the product. If you wish to request an exchange , please send us a mail within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • Kindly ensure that the product you send back is unused and unworn with the original tags intact. Once we receive the product, our Quality Check team will inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange. Exchange pieces will be processed as per our shipping timeline, as all pieces are made to order. 
    • Exchanges will only be processed after our acceptance on email.
    • Please note that products once exchanged are not eligible for a second exchange or return.
    • Products purchased on sale will not be eligible for exchanges and are considered final sale. Please go through the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
    • Customized products and products purchased using credit notes will not be eligible for exchanges or returns.
    • We are stringent with the returns/exchange policy as we are a small venture focused on providing the finest quality product. We are more than happy to assist you in enabling you to make a purchase. Please write to us at orders.linoclothing@gmail.com for any assistance required during the purchase.

    CREDIT NOTE

    In the event where we are unable to process the exchange request due to unavailability of stock, we will issue a credit note equivalent to the value paid for the order. Credit notes have a validity of 3 months and are redeemable only on website purchases. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.  

    CANCELLATIONS 

    In case of cancellation, please mail us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period will be contingent on the status of the order. If the cancellation is accepted, a credit note of the full order value will be mailed to you, with a validity period of three months.

    As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.

    The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Lino Clothing and accepts Lino Clothing's decision regarding the cancellation.
